Timings
The times listed below are the absolute times for the briefing and the start of the games and approximate times for the finish of the games. Please do be there for the prize giving at the end and help where you can with putting scenery into the boxes that will be under the tables of each game at the end of Game 5. I have done the best to finish as early as possible for those traveling some distance. Thank you.

Entry
Delegates must purchase their tickets as soon as possible to ensure a place at the tournament as spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis.
Cost of entry will be £26.00.
Payment can be made by Paypal. Each individual needs to pay so there is an audit trail to sho who had paid and therefore entered - so no bulk purchase ideally! In the event you buy several tickets for colleagues ensure it is identified in the comments field in the Paypal process. If you do not have a Paypal account and need to pay by other means please use the contact page to let the organisers know so arrangements can be made - although only as a last resort please!
